Commands are typed in chat. With ! in front everyone can see what you type (!ws), and with / in front only you can (/ws). You can also type them in the console with css_ in front (css_ws).

Bots
The servers are filled up with bots until there are enough real players, and every new player takes a bot’s place. When you join a team, a vote appears: Continue with bots? (F1 = yes, F2 = no). If most vote no, the bots leave and only come back when the server is empty.
